Sarkozy x Zananke (FOAL)

A sensational black filly with a huge white star and even bigger paces!

Current Vice Bundeschampion and Hannoverian Champion,
Sarkozy completed his 30-day test in Schlieckau with excellent results. This noble stallion’s scores for walk, trot, canter, rideability and willingness were all outstanding, particularly the 9.5 which he received for walk.
Sarkozy led the field in the Bundeschampionat final for four year-old stallions, scoring 9.5 for conformation and 9.0 for all basic paces. The jet black stallion only missed out on the title by one point, finishing up as the celebrated vice champion. This achievement came soon after Sarkozy's Riding Horse Championship win in Hanover, where he triumphed with a score of 9.08.
Sarkozy's pedigree is almost inspired because it combines the excellent genes of champion producer Sandro Hit with those of Weltmeyer, a stallion with millions of euro in competition winnings, and this is reflected in his extravagant movement. It is rounded off by premium Hanoverian genes from Bolero and Lungau, producers of many successful championship horses such as Beauvalais, Salinero and Brentina. Sarkozy is a dynamic mover with a generous action through the shoulder that earned him top scores at his licensing test, where the commission judges awarded him an impressive 9.5 for his walk. Sarkozy's first crop of foals are outstanding without exception and one of them was reserve champion at the German Foal Championship.

Zananke is an exquisite example of a dressage horse. She is an elegant black mare who carries valuable competition bloodlines from her father the late Olympic medallist Ferro and her mother who is by Inspekteur who also enjoyed a successful international career. Over 100 of his daughters have received the "Ster" mare status, while more than 10 of his sons have been approved as breeding stallions including Kennedy Ferro’s first licensed son - Double Winner of the NHS/KWPN Stallion Competition, Rousseau who’s first four foal crops produced three consecutive Champions of the KWPN Stallion Licensing, Rhodium grand champion of the 2004-2005 KWPN/KNHS Stallion Competition, Metall who had the highest marks of the “M” year and Negro now himself a Keur stallion. Ferro competed at the 2000 Olympics and assisted his team in achieving a team silver medal, with an individual score of 74.92%. As a three-year-old he was champion of his performance test at Ermelo, where he achieved outstanding scores for his gaits. He can be relied upon to produce beautiful, talented offspring of the highest quality characterized by fantastic toplines and an elegant appearance.  Zananke’s mother is by Inspektuer an approved son of Darwin who is by the legendary Roemer. Inspekteur is a stallion who posseses the best in bloodlines, movement and character, coupled with a stunning exterior. It is a testament to his good character and talent for sport that Inspekteur competed internationally in dressage under the young Dutch rider Marlies Van Baalen. Athleticism is also added to Zananke’s pedigree from her mother’s side by her maternal Grandfather Falco who was a highly successful showjumper.
