Bobbi Dazzler

Bobbi Dazzler is a beautiful chestnut mare with a temperament to die for.  Her manners are impeccable both on the ground and under saddle.  She is super trainable and always keen to learn.  She won her first ever competition gaining 70% and scored 7.56 in the Shearwater Young Dressage Horse class qualifying her for the final.  She is now in training with International Grand Prix dressage rider Anna Ross Davies and we are excited to see what this combination will achieve in the future.  Bobbi has a wonderfully uphill canter and a purposeful walk, her trot is well balanced, light and engaged.   Bobbi really is the full package, she is beautiful, talented and has a dream temperament.  So much so that we can’t wait to get her full sister (Blue Danube) under saddle in a few years!

 

Bobbi’s father Breitling is currently number one in the German breeding index and is known for producing quality yet trainable offspring who include several licensed sons such as Berkeley, Benvenuto, Bertoli, Brioni and our own Baron de Ley as well as hugely successful competition horses such as Balderassini, Biagotti and Blind Date. Bobbi’s mother is by the legendary stallion Donnerhall who is almost peerless in the world of dressage sires having enjoyed success like no other.  He had a stellar career as a dressage horse, winning some of the most prestigious competitions, including over 65 FEI Grand Prix Dressage classes, World and he was also named Oldenburg Stallion of the Year in 1998.  Donnerhall was a hugely influential sire with some of his most notable offspring including Don Primero Champion 5-year at the 1990 Bundeschampionate and now a Grand Prix horse, Don Schufro who was part of the bronze medal winning Danish team at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, De Niro the 2008 Hanoverian Stallion of the Year and Davignon who gained record scores at the Bundeschampionate before going on to become a Grand Prix horse.  In addition to this Donnerhall has fathered a whopping 77 licensed stallions.
